The Bozeman area is a very 'hot' market and houses move quickly. Carolyne showed us properties from Gallatin Gateway to Livingston and everything in-between. She was well informed and accurately gave us the pros and cons for each area. We looked at countless properties. Not once did she pressure us to make a decision. She was always patient and optomistic that we would eventually find what we wanted. She was right. We found our dream home and closed in September. The traits we liked most about Carolyne Calvin were that she was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. She had all the information available, schedules set and got the job sone with no wasted time. Her efficiency was greatly appreciated.
